Kari Hopkins

A self-described “Crazy Cat Lady,” Kari has been obsessed with cats her entire life, and often prefers the company of her kitties above all else. She became aware of the rescue crisis in 2017, when she adopted Emmitt, who had been abandoned in Kuwait. Since then, she has rescued several kitties and is on a mission to rescue more cats in need. She resides in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband, two step-kids, six cats, and two dogs.
